The Merrill Lynch Private Banking Group was in the process of launching a series of new products targeted to high net worth individuals and needed an identity system to distinguish the marketing collateral from the retail bank. DPG devised the “Spectrum of Services” kit, which was a breast-pocket sized container with an overview of each of the products on 7 color-coded stepped inserts. When a client expressed interest in a specific product, they were presented with a comprehensive full-sized pocket folder with matching graphics and all of the necessary documentation to open an account. DPG extended the program to deliver the material in 6 languages for worldwide distribution.
